Future tense exercise (1)

In the exercise below, you'll practise the yo and él/ella/usted future tense forms. Remember:

  • to form the yo form (I'll ...), add to the end of the infinitive;
  • to form the él/ella/usted form (he'll..., she'll..., you'll...), add to the end of the infinitive;
  • in Spanish, you don't generally put the pronoun (yo etc), though you may do in this exercise if you prefer.

All of the verbs in this exercise (as in fact are most verbs in Spanish) are completely regular as far as the future tense is concerned: you will always add the future tense ending to the infinitive.

Next...

In the next exercise, you'll add the and ellos/ellas forms to the list to practise.
